Head Coach Rick LaFavers

Coach LaFavers is the Athletic Coordinator and Head Football Coach at RPHS.  He has 25 years of coaching experience ranging from high school to Division I Collegiate level.  Coach LaFavers played football for and graduated from Texas Christian University.  

He is married to his wife, Kim, and they have four children.
